Terms.

To be eligible for the up to five thousand dollars closing cash rebate, the property must be purchased or sold through REALTORS Michael and Joy Mengeringhausen of Century 21 Sunbelt Realty Inc.

The closing cash rebate amount is based on sales price see price chart below. The closing cash rebate amount will be applied toward customer closing costs. Rebate may be applied toward closing items such as: home inspection, appraisal, title search, owners policy, survey, lenders policy, filing fee, doc stamps or home warranty. Rebate amount will be listed on the Closing HUD Settlement Statement and issued at closing.

Customer (buyer/seller) profile and registration must be completed in full, blank spaces and incorrect contact information will void this rebate offer. Buyers must present proof of funds letter from their banking institution and pre-approval letter from a lender dated less than thirty days, prior to being shown property, Sellers must have signed a one year exclusive right of sale contract to sell their property.

The closing cash rebate amount cannot be paid in the event of a sale where the commission amount has been reduced beyond the normal scope of business practices (minimum 3% of sales price per represented side) by a seller, broker, bank, court, attorney, title company or other legal entity. Rebate may not be used in conjunction with another offer, realtor referral or realtor rebate.

Purchase or sale must be completed with Michael and Joy Mengeringhausen of Century 21 Sunbelt Realty Inc. and all the above terms must be met to qualify for the closing cash rebate. Terms and rebate amounts subject to change without notice for buyers and sellers without a written contract.
